DOUBLE SIDED SIGNS
In most instances is is most desirable that the sing be perfectly symmetrical so that it will look the same from either side. This is not always an easy task when creating complex shapes from scratch. One simple method is to place your shape in the middle of the work space and duplicate it right over itself. Then flip the shape horizontally. Any inconsistencies will be evident. Make the appropriate adjustments and then select both shapes and weld them together.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR USING OUR SIGN BLANK TEMPLATES
1 - SIGN DIMENSIONS ( Not a Sign Kit)
Since the manufacturing process requires that we make allowances for the “TOOL” that will be used to cut your sign, ALL SIZES ARE NOMINAL. You must subtract a minimum of 1/2” on all sides, or 1” in the width and the height.
EXAMPLE: A 4’ x 8’ sign will have a finished size of 47” x 95”
A 2’ x 3’ sign will have a finished size of 23” x 35”
2 SIGN KIT DIMENSIONS
In addition to the 1” allowance as explained above, SIGN KITS require an additional 2” on each side that will receive the PVC Posts. This is to accommodate the necessary material for fabricate the “E-Z” locking tabs that will secure the sign to the posts.
EXAMPLE: The visible sign area for a 4’ x 8’ SIGN KIT is 47” x 91”
